Terms and Conditions

• Special rates have been arranged with various hotels.
• Reservation should be made directly with Console Communications Sdn Bhd by returning this form to fax number +603 2161 6560 or submitting online on or before 29^th February 2008 with one night's deposit.
• Any reservation request received after this date will be subject to availability.
• The above credit card number will serve to guarantee the room reservation and authorise the selected hotel to charge the necessary payment.
• Any cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation charge of one night's room rate for each room cancelled. This cancellation will be charged to the individual's credit card as provided in this form.
• Departure date will be re-confirmed during check-in. Short stay will be charged for the full duration of stay as per the original booking.
• One night room charge will be levied directly to the individual credit card account for any no-show on arrival date of confirmed bookings. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
