To register:
A registered delegate is entitled to:
- Participate in all Scientific Sessions of the Conference
- Receive the complete Conference Bag, Proceedings and other Conference Documentation
- Admission to the Trade Exhibition
- Attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Refreshments at tea break and congress lunch

One Ringgit Malaysia is approximately USD 0.29
*A letter of verification of the Trainees / Nurses / Allied Health Staff status from the Head of Department / Unit must be enclosed
Payment
All payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Payment can be made by bank draft, telegraphic transfer or credit card. All payment are to be made payable to
"11th APCN".
Lost Badges
All registered delegates are requested to wear the delegate badges at all times during the Congress. A service fee of
RM100 will be charged to re-issue any lost badges.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates upon receipt of payment.
Official Receipt
Official Receipts will only be issued upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat. Refunds will only be made after the Congress.
- Cancellation received on or before 15th February 2008 : 100% refund (minus an admistration fee of RM200)
- Cancellation received between 16th February 2008 and 31st March 2008 : 50% refund
- Cancellation received after 1st April 2008 : No refund
Travel Grants
There may be a limited number of travel grants for delegates from developing countries. For more information please visit the congress website.
